Our recycled lantern
What you need:
-Mineral bottle
-glue
-assorted colour glass paper
-yarn/string
-branches/sticks
For tin
-nail & hammer to punch hole
(Little ones need assistance) - What you can do is: Both you and your child will hammer together to make holes. Later let the child explore on this own with the nail & hammer. The little ones naturally put the nail into the hole (which you & him made) and just enjoy the hammering process.
when completed:
use an used pie tin to hold the tealight candle
