Thank you everyone at JustLife for the encouragement & opportunity. It was indeed a total surprised!

Special thanks to the little ones for their inspiration & help for doing parts of the 'children's recycled kitchen'. Guess what? Today, the children stuffed clothes inside the so called 'oven' and turned it into a washing machine!

This week (20-21 May), the kitchen's oven has been a kennel & storage for bags.

Children's Activities by JustLife shop

1) The Tour
We were shown why and how we need to help protect and save our planet (through various special made panels of styroform, plastic, cloth, wood, etc).

Hee...not sure if the little ones understand but at least got some imprints thought...

2) Organic snack
Lovely snack.

3) The Craft
We drew our own cover and than we got a stack of paper (recycled paper), punched holes before stringing it into a note pad.

4) Song & Dance
'Hippy' songs by a Japanese couple (who travel around to share, spread & promote their composed music/song on environment, nature etc) ....the big children (from Tadika Diyana) got so 'beat up' that most of them went up the stage & dance - a lively bunch of kids

Thank you JustLIfe shop for the opportunity...

'a sen a day' project

Our 'Sen' Containers
We are starting 'a sen a day' project this month...the little ones will bring a sen (5 sen, 10 sen...or any sen they are given) each day to school. They will put the sen into their own special container everyday.

We hope that by end of a semester or year, the children will have collected a fair amount which they will then take the money and donate to any organization (such as NGO, for charity etc) of their choice.
